Piece on improving Baucus

Frank Hill and I have a piece the New Jersey Star Ledger and tomorrow in the Philly Inquirer proposing 3 suggestions to amending Baucus. All are designed to try and improve cost saving aspects of the plan. Frank and I start from different places....but have found much in common, often driven by our worries about the national debt and its impact on our children. Frank was the chief of staff for Alex McMillan (a repub congressman from charlotte) and for Elizabeth Dole from 2002-04.
