hints of new House CBO score

House has been working to pull total outlays down from the $1.2 Trillion of HR 3200/Tri-Comm bill as passed out of committees in July, to the President's outline of $900 Billion over 10. Hints at a new CBO score of this pared back bill. Total outlay $905 B and 95% coverage of persons in country legally, but no estimate on deficit effect. Does have public option, but CBO has consistently been scoring this as cost saving.
