is about getting straight what doing nothing means. Put another way, one definition of insanity is doing the same thing and hoping for a different outcome.

The Senate bill is a lot better than the House bill on addressing costs....could still be improved.

    As Jon Kingsdale said in his article in Health Affairs on Massachusetts (Implementing Health Care Reform In Massachusetts: Strategic Lessons Learned), the individual mandate results in a sense of "shared responsibility" which means employers, individuals, tax payers and carriers must join in to lower health care costs.
