Senate Finance Committee Bill--Tuesday

Sounds like last major issue being negotiated is Medicaid expansions and malpractice reform, but that the work of the gang of 6 will be tied up Monday with a bill released Tuesday. There was nothing in the initial outline of the Finance Committee bill on malpractice, but sounds like there will be something in there now.
