Baucus says he will move a comprehensive bill to a committee mark on Sept. 21, with or without Republican support. Gang of 6 still supposed to be meeting this afternoon. More with Sen. Baucus stating quite clearly no way public option passes Senate....but we have known that since June.
So, this means there is a virtual certainty of a floor vote in both the House and the Senate on a reform bill this Fall.
