Illegal Immigration and Social Security

I have an op-ed in today's Raleigh, NC News and Observer suggesting a practical solution to address illegal immigration and helping the financing problems of Social Security and Medicare at the same time. Illegal immigration is a complicated topic with many facets, but it is first and foremost a labor market(s) issue. Any solution that works will start from there.
